Welcome to Happy Little Howlers – A home away from home for your small dog!

At Happy Little Howlers, we offer a loving and fun-filled dog daycare and hotel in Sydney designed exclusively for small to medium-sized dogs.

Our space is thoughtfully created with your dogs comfort, safety, and happiness in mind. Whether you’re at work or away, you can rest easy knowing your dog is in caring hands, enjoying a secure and enriching environment.

More than just a hotel and daycare—we’re a community! Happy Little Howlers is a place where like minded owners and their dogs connect and make friendships.

FAMOUS HOWLERS 🤩

So many of our little howlers have parents doing amazing things. This month we’re sharing the love for Filipino-born, Sydney based, Internationally renowned, Chef Miko Aspiras - who is the Dad of one of our Frenchies - Dijon !

Miko discovered his love for the kitchen at just six years old, helping his aunt cook for her catering business in Manila. Since then, he has become one of Asia-Pacific’s most celebrated pastry chefs, well known for his out-there sweet creations and credited as reshaping the dessert landscape with his fearless creativity.

By his twenties, Miko had already opened multiple venues and earned a coveted spot on the Forbes Asia 30 Under 30 list for his groundbreaking work in pastry and desserts. With extensive experience spanning cafés, bakeries, and luxury hotels, he has become recognised for his innovative style — playful, bold, and always rooted in storytelling.

In 2025, Miko reached a new milestone, appearing as a guest chef and judge on MasterChef Australia’s Season 17 Grand Finale, where he presented his signature “Botanical Garden” dessert challenge to the finalists. This moment marked a powerful debut for Miko on one of the world’s biggest culinary stages.

This month, Chef Miko is launching his gelato house Euca @euca.gelato The gelato will be available exclusively from October 6 to 19, at a pop-up in the QVB. Then, you’ll be able to grab tubs online before a flagship store opens in early 2026.

Hi friends, it’s me, Hazel. I just wanted share my massive appreciation for the team at Animal Rehab Klink in Sutherland.

As much as I disliked being made to work for treats, I cannot thank you all enough for fixing me up after those coonhounds got me good. I’m so grateful, because look at me now!

Mum says I’m “back to normal,” which has made all my family very happy.

And to Abbey, I solemnly swear to keep doing my exercises… as long as Mum delivers the treats as consistently as you did.

Thank you for all the love, patience, and bribes… I highly recommend you all to anyone who needs support during their rehab journey.

People always ask me, “Why are your dogs so calm and chilled?”

Well… meet Dobby. Our Chinese Crested rescue dog. He is sweet, gentle, well behaved and calm - in public!!

At home? He’s an unhinged little gremlin.
We’re talking full-blown zoomies through the house, launching himself off furniture like it’s parkour practice, eating absolutely everything in sight (including climbing onto tables to steal food), he delivers nose punches with precision and chases his own tail like it’s a full-time job.

We’re his third home, and honestly, I think he’s figured out, that here with us, he’s safe enough to be his full chaotic little self. And we wouldn’t have it any other way..

We’re searching for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable, and flexible with their availability. This role requires availability Monday through Sunday, with a preference for Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, plus the odd weekend shifts.
